Senior Pastor
Senior Pastor Dr. Hance Dilbeck has served at QSBC since April 2003. Prior to coming to Quail Springs, he served as senior pastor of First Baptist Church, Ponca City, Okla., for more than seven years.
Dilbeck is a two-time graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary — earning a Master of Divinity degree in 1992 and a Doctor of Ministry degree in 2002. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion from Oklahoma Baptist University.
Ordained into the ministry in 1987, Dilbeck is a native Oklahoman, being raised in Pawhuska. He has been the featured preacher for Falls Creek Youth Camp, chairman of the Board of Trustees at Oklahoma Baptist University (2001), and currently serves as a trustee at his alma mater Southwestern Seminary.
He is married to Julie (Schock), and they have three sons, D.H., Dax, and Leighton.
