FROM THE PASTOR

Dear Church Family,

Ever since Julie, the boys and I made Quail Springs Baptist Church our home, we have felt nothing but love from this extraordinary congregation, from you. Now more than ever, I can sense God’s right hand directing us as a church.

Nowhere was this clearer to me than last fall, when our congregation unanimously voted to take on Phase One improvements to expand our existing facility. I believe the name we have chosen for our effort to build encapsulates the essence of the project, A Work of Heart: Building for Future Generations.
We understand the importance of both product and process. The product will be expanded and improved facilities that will allow us to continue reaching our growing community. The product will be a cutting-edge youth building; high quality, secure space for our preschool children; efficient office space for our growing staff; and more parking. We will produce buildings that will function well and reflect the priorities of
our ministries.

Our process matters. We will build these buildings in a way that glorifies God, edifies believers and unifies the Body. We dream of buildings that are more than the work of hammers and saws. These buildings will be A Work of Heart. They will stand as a monument to the faithfulness of the God who moved His people in a common direction.

In the days, weeks, months and years ahead, let’s ask God to move in the hearts of His people. Together we will accomplish great things.

Love in Christ,
Hance and Julie Dilbeck
