Wow, have we been blessed with new folks at QSBC or what! I am so thankful for the dear people that the Lord sends our way every week. This is such a good thing.

And it can be such a bad thing. What do I mean? If we are not careful, it can be very easy to lose grip and touch with those who have visited for the first time, or several times. Does your class have a strategy in place to make sure that newcomers “stick”? Perhaps it is easy to get overwhelmed by the number of new prospects coming.

How to Assimilate People!

Remember the Community Grand Opening on March 30th. Please be working through your rolls to invite folks to this special day. Make sure you ask everyone to return on the 30th as you see them on Easter the 23rd.
